​A. Health coaching is a partnership. I help you uncover what’s keeping you stuck, create a plan that fits your life, and stay accountable along the way. Think of me as your guide, cheerleader, and gentle nudge when you need it.
Q2: Do I Need to Buy Supplements?
A: No. My coaching is centered on real food, habits, and mindset shifts. Supplements are optional — never required. If we talk about them, it’s only if they truly support your goals.
Q3: What Makes Your Coaching Different From a Diet?
A: Diets are restrictive, temporary, and usually lead to starting over again. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits — fueling your body with real food, lowering inflammation, and creating balance. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress that lasts.
Q4: What if I’ve “tried everything” and nothing works?
A: You’re not alone. Most women I coach feel the same way when we start. The difference here is simplicity + accountability. Instead of doing it alone, you’ll have me walking with you every step of the way.
Q5: How long are coaching sessions?
A: Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes. Our first deep-dive together (in the high-touch package) is 75 minutes so we can really map out your unique plan.
Q6: What if I can’t commit to 12 weeks?
A: That’s okay. I offer a monthly coaching option so you can get consistent support without a long-term commitment. Many clients start there, build momentum, and then choose to go deeper.
Q7: Is this just about weight loss?
A: Nope! Weight loss can be a by-product, but my focus is on overall health — balancing hormones, reducing inflammation, building strength, and creating energy so you can thrive in every season of life.
